This integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning company has been serving as an end-to-end service provider for oil and gas distribution companies in India since its inception in 2014. With almost a decade of successful operations, Pratham EPC Projects Limited has established itself as a key player in the industry.<\/p><p>Specializing in various pipeline projects, the company handles a wide range of pipeline activities, including mainline welding, connecting, lining, hydraulic testing and pipeline commissioning. Its clientele includes prestigious names like Indian Oil, Sabarmati Gas, Gujarat Gas, SunPetro Chemicals, GAIL (India), GSPL and BPCL. Over the years, Pratham EPC Projects Limited has completed more than 12 projects, worth approximately Rs 13,184.10 Lakhs, with 8 major projects currently underway, totaling around Rs 29,666.33 Lakhs.<\/p><p>Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company takes pride in its workforce, which consists of over 750 employees. At the helm of Pratham EPC Projects Limited are its promoters, Pratik Kumar Maganlal Vekariya, who acts as Chairman and Managing Director, and Nayankumar Manubhai Pansuriya, who acts as Whole Time Director. With a combined 16 years of industry experience, they bring invaluable experience and leadership to the company.<\/p><p>The IPO is set at an issue size of 36 Crores, with 48,00,000 Equity Shares on offer at a Face Value of Rs 10 each.
